The Frostline 5.0 combines Grub's unique Insu-Foam Ultra technology with advanced 5.0 thermal engineering. Featuring the Trax sole with Hexzorb Duraprene technology. An ideal boot for most work or leisure activities.

Supreme Comfort
All Grub’s footwear use our self-insulating INSU-FOAM ULTRA bootie construction which is super soft and super bouncy, with a compression set of less than 7% verses 20-25% for other neoprene boots, so they remain soft and comfortable for much longer. INSU-FOAM ULTRA has a fine micro cellular structure, which stops heat transfer through its structure. The bootie exceeds the long-term effectiveness of waterproof membranes and lofted insulations, such as GORE-TEX and 3M Thinsulate.
We use a super stretch Chloroprene material, commonly used in deep-sea dry suits, this material has a 300% stretch and is covered with a 4-way stretch knitted nylon jersey. This means the bootie can stretch up to 150% as a laminate with our super dry, moisture wicking terry knit lining.
5.0 Technology
5.0 Technology has INSU-FOAM ULTRA bootie lined with moisture wicking terry knit, which keeps the wearer dry and has a super 100% stretch to fit most calves and will keep the wearer’s foot comfortable in a range of -10ºC to 30ºC (85ºF to sub zero) for a prolonged period.

I have poor circulation and my feet really suffer in the cold. It doesnt help that I live at altitude either and these boots are the best that Ive found for keeping my feet warm enough in the extreme cold.

I wear these boots everyday to walk my dog and sort out horses. I have had several pairs over the years and wont wear anything else. They are warm with great grips and are great for wider feet and calves.

Very comfortable lightweigth boot ideal for cold muddy walks with the dog. Had an issue with a leak but soon replaced by dealer. Use shoe size as youll only need normal pair of socks inside

I have contacted Grubbs and they said we should take better care of them...But why dont mine do not have that issue? mine are 7 yrs older, stored at same place, NEVER EVER GRUBBS Again .. Comfortable YES, Quality bad, Support even worse!!

Ive worn these a couple of times now for 45 mile walks. Im a size 8 with skinny feet and bought a size 8. I needed a couple of pairs of socks to get a secure feel but mostly very happy. Not quite as secure as hiking boots as you would expect being wellies but have served me well through some very muddy and flooded footpaths at this time of year.Compared with other similar products from muck boots for example they appear to be very good value

I have had these for 9 months, using them for dog walking and general use, covering 20 miles per week. They are standing up well with no signs of abnormal wear. Grip is excellent in mud and they are warm and comfortable as the temperatures drop. I have had many wellies, from 20 to 180 quid. These are the best so far. Will update if they fall apart in next few months!
