Hawke Nature-Trek 10x42 Monocular. The Nature-Trek family has been sculpted to allow you to get closer to the environment wherever and however you travel. The range has been produced in a shock resistant polycarbonate waterproof body, providing a robust yet lightweight package.
Optics are crisp and clear with notable natural colour reproduction. The smooth and precise rubber focusing wheel fits neatly against fingers and allows the image to focus at short distances down to 6.6ft/2m. The high grip green colour rubber armour ensures a secure hold in all weather conditions.
Included in the range are 42mm and 25mm monocular models, offering a superb viewing experience in an exceptionally compact package.

I bought the monocular to replace a pair of 50 year old 10x50 binoculars I use for short and medium range target spotting when shooting. The old binoculars are heavy requiring both hands to support them are no longer very clear and dont focus particularily well. The NaturTrek monocular resolves all these problems at a very reasonable price and althought it is not in the same league as say a Swarkovski or a Zeiss product it does not appear to have any faults or disadvantages (it does what it says in the tin). I also use it to keep an eye on my wayward terriers who have a habit chasing anything that moves sometimes over a long distance.

Very good product as I only have one hand that I can use it is light to hold and operate the adjustment knob on top.I would have liked the lens cover at the rear to be attached as the front but perhaps there is a reason for this.thanks for replying so prompt to my E mail.Roy Townsend
