Product Reviews
Review by Jon Lisk
No problem with the glasses exactly as expected. Cant fault Uttings for their service. Only Issue I have is with DPD delivering. Notified by text at 08:54am that delivery would be between 2pm and 3pm the same day. I notified them at 10:19am to deliver to neighbour received confirmation that they would do this. I then received a text at 14:05 to say they couldnt deliver as no one present to sign for parcel. Text contained a link to a picture showing my front door taken in such a way so that my wifes car was not in the photo eventhough she was at home at the time. Driver knocked the door and by time my wife got to it he was gone. No calling card left to say delivery had been attempted eventhough text notification said there had been and no parcel left with neighbour. I contacted them at 14:32 to say deliver it to PC World the following day. I collected from PC world. In summary cant fault Uttings but can fault DPD
