The boots appear to be small for the sizing. I am a size 8 in most shoes and boots so this came as a bit of a surprise. I have bought timberland boots before and they were amazingly comfortable and didnt need breaking in these however will need it.

A good comfortable boot however waterproofing failed after three months. Just walking through dew soaked grass and my right foot was uncomfortably wet. No quibble replacement from Uttings so no issues at all.

Brilliant just what i wanted

I bought these boots which were well priced compared with other retailers.I have found them to be comfortable and so far waterproof when walking in long wet grass.Treated them with g wax which has made them more supple and hopefully maintain their waterproof qualities.Was going to purchase a second pair but they appear to be out of stock in my size in most outlets.

Had 4 pairs of chocorua trade before. First 3 pairs were great last pair not good waterproofing gave up very early so decided to try trail 2. Good decision very comfortable good leather and no break in needed. Only slight criticism is that the ankle support is a little stiff. Should ease up with wear. All in all Im a big fan of Timberland.
