The last pair of Euro Hikers I bought lasted 25 years, but the soles of these are splitting off after only 3 years. Unbeleivable comfort, but no longer any more hard wearing than the average shoe.

These used to be great boots. But now they have removed the inner gusset. Step into water more than an inch deep and you have wet feet. As much use as a chocolate teapot.

Look smart feel great from the first wearinglight rubbing on the left heel sorted out by one days Compeed use. Flexible sole that also protects well from sharp flints. Ill happily trade the reported rapid sole wear for great grip. My Brashers are 12 years old now and the sole is only lightly worn but the grip in the wet was dangerously low so I associate hard sole with insecurity on wet surfaces. The sizing was spot on for me. I take 11uk in shoes and 11 fitted well.I tried 11or 12 different brands of boot and was getting a bit despondent before a friend recommended Timberland for comfort and fit. Id always thought of them as solely (sorry) fashion orientated but have changed my mind now. Early days but I think that these boots are destined to become reliable friends on the South Downs Way and Swiss mountain tracks alike.

Ordered these boots as Ive had a pair for 5 years and I can honestly say (for me) Ive never had anything as comfy on my feet my other pair have still got a lot of life left in them but because of the price on uttings I just had to order myself another pair look after them and they will look after you! Thanks

My husband has owned a pair of these Timberland boots but after a few years they need to be replaced. He was so pleased with the original ones that we managed to track down the same boot and ordered a new pair. The quality of the boot is first class and they are a very comfortable boot to wear. Would certainly recommend these boots to anyone.

Had a pair of these boots for 20years best footwear I have ever had . Bought these to replace they are the same excellent quality but very disappointing to note they no longer have a gusset fitted therefore making them unsuitable for hiking in wet conditions.

Bought to replace a pair of Head walking / hiking boots that Ive had for nearly 20 years had eventually split after a very hard life. The Head boots were a great favourite as they were extremely comfortable. I had been drawn to these Timberland Walking Boots because of the many customer reviews of how comfy trusted they were. Proof in the pudding is how comfortable they were when I first put them on which I had not expected. I hope these last half the time of my previous boots and I will be extremely happy. Now planning a few shorts walks to see how much breaking in these boots need. Great price via Uttings online.

I have not yet put them to any real tests though having inspected the quality I can tell that these boots will be able to go the distance. Theyre perfect for anyone who enjoys hiking and walking especially those who prefer a more classic look. Overall (and also in advance) great boots!

I have a timberland Euro Hicker Boot, which I still have for more than 12 years. This is the best shoe/boot I have ever owned and still wearing it daily. Beside the sole starting to wear away, the boot is durable and strong and fits in well with the fashion trend.
