For someone who has been searching for a reasonably priced tent for back packing I could not be more pleased. OK not ultra lightweight but a good solid bit of kit.

Great tent and packs pretty small. Tent weighs 2.35kg so not the lightest but I use it for motorcycle touring where the weight is not so crucial. Would be good for backpacking with a partner so you could split the weight. Also ideal for car camping etc. I have found that lightweight tents as expensive as they are seem to be more fragile as they use lighter materials. My experience is to use a tent like this which is only slightly heavier but much more robust and reliable. Also Terra Nova are a great brand so all in all a great product. Buy a footprint to protect your tent for just an additional £30.
