Not bad image quality up to about x18 then very soft at full magnification. Very bright image at the low end. The focus wheel is a bit stiff to turn. At the reduced price it is value for money but I wouldnt pay the RRP.

Looks like a toy in comparison to normal spotting scopes but that adds to its charm. Feels robust and well made. Unusable at full zoom as the image is too blurry but at lower magnifications the clarity and sharpness is impressive. I use it on a lightweight monopod so portability is easy. Time will tell how useful it is but at this sale price you cant go wrong.

Great little scope that does a lot of what a bigger scope can. Perfect for the jacket pocket. If you brace it can even be hand held at the higher magnifications.

At £100 this is a great little scope a third of list price and half what others are charging.

Great little scope for the money! Fits easily in my pocket when I cant be bothered to carry around my heavier Swarovski!!

Good spotting scope very clear image especially in good light. Image quality very sharp up to approx 18X slightly softer image at 22x but still very usable. Scope feels very well made with smooth focussing and zoom controls. Can be hand held but much better using on a tripod. The case that comes with the scope is a very tight fit hopefully will ease up a bit with use.

Great little scope. I only paid £99 and at that price its a bargain. Yet to try it in anger but a brief peek though the eyepiece tells me that the image quality aint bad for such a tiny optic. Pros: Very compact Zoom and focus operate smoothly Feels robust Takes 1.25 inch astronomical eyepieces in theoryCons: The case could be better. Its a tight fit and has to be removed to use the scope. Im using a padded pouch instead. There were a couple of small dimples on the rubber armour of body but that might have been down to how it was packed at the factory.

This little spotting scope means I take it more often. The large Leica scope I have tends to only make it out for a specific trip. This little one lives in my pocket.Yes it is hard to hold still enough at maximum magnification but the best scope is the one you have with you.

Really impressed. I bought this as a spotting scope for target air rifle; so mostly for its minimum focus distance. At 10 metres it is stunning. I can see the fibres of the paper targets. Uttings price seemed unbeatable too.

Excellent little scope on the monopod when I want to reach further than the binoculars.

Excellent quality ED glass. Small lightweight and compact.

Bought this to fit in cabin luggage when travelling abroad. Works well for local birding but not recommended for extended seawatching.

Very nice and handy pocket scope. I only deduct a point for the performance of the included eyepiece when it is set to high magnification. It is very sharp otherwise.
Review by Martin Sutton
Really compact scope but with excellent optics. This is perfect to take on holidays or have in the car for those unexpected trips where you dont have the regular sized scope.
