I use this scope for short range benchrest rifle shooting. Although I have no need for the illumination the efched glass reticle is very good to use with a nice fine centre cross to quarter the 10ring and a clear bright sight picture.

I obtained one of these `scopes to use for short range bench rest shooting in 2017 and so far have been delighted with it. Nice fine reticle to quarter the 10-ring. It is mounted on an HW97k and used for specific "springer" competitons. May purchase another to fit to my pneumatic.
