Hawke Vantage IR 2-7x32 Rifle Scope. An enhanced version of the Vantage, the Vantage IR range offers a red and green illuminated reticle and optional adjustable objective.
Fully Multi-Coated Lenses
The Vantage range features 11 layer fully multi-coated lenses throughout the entire optical system for enhanced light transmission and increased contrast.
Illumination Rheostat
Every Vantage IR model features dual red and green illumination with 5 brightness settings, allowing reticle visibility to be maximized in dark cover and shrub.
Low-Profile Fingertip Turrets
Positive click low profile turrets with 1/4 MOA adjustments. Protective caps ensure your turrets are safe from the elements when you’re in the field.
High Torque Zoom Ring
Easy magnification adjustment which doesn’t shift under recoil thanks to the high torque set-up – smooth yet solid.

Uttings
Prompt delivery, and scope mounted to a rim fire, replacing a non IR scope. First shots through were perfect and illumination is excellent at dusk, making it an excellent buy and recommended to anyone shooting in low light conditions.

To be fair the first scope had a fault which would not have been obvious to Uttings however after using their returns system all came good with the replacement which is flawless. This is a nice lightweight scope with good glass and solid mechanics. I opted for one of the rimfire models although I will be using it on a spring air rifle to gain a little extra focus being as the parallax is set to 75 yards. To conclude I believe Hawke are a perfect choice and the Vantage range holds its own against other more upmarket products which trade on past glories.
