A nice tight fit for foot and ankle yet plenty of room to put boots on with heavy trousers thanks to the strong zip. Quick zip and theyre on or off with no fiddling with side clasps as with my last boots. And nothing to keep catching my line on when fishing. Were not into heavy winter yet but Im confident these boots will keep me warm in any condition.

The most comfortable and supportive wellies I have ever worn. The rubber however sadly has a tendency to split after a period of use. For me it was three years and 760km of walking with the splits occurring around the toe and rear seams. Whilst a shame and disappointing, especially since the tread has at least as much distance in it again, despite being unable to continue to wear on properly wet days, I still chose to purchase this my second pair, given the massive convenience of the zip entry.

Really disappointing, I'm a huge fan of Harkila but after just a few months of light use, the inner lining has split open and worn away. Uttings have been brilliant and I really hope Harkila get the quality of these up to the standard you'd expect from them.

So far these boots seem more substantial than other brands. Good ankle support with less risk of turning ankle on rough ground as happens with many wellies.

Had these for 6 months and can't fault them, very comfortable and warm. Last weekend I walked over 10 miles cross fields, tracks and roads in the Cotswolds in pretty rotten weather, in the wellies, and my feet felt great at the end. Very happy with the purchase.

These boots are very comfortable, in fact the most comfortable willies I've ever had, warm, good grip. But I have to echo the thoughts of Jim about them splitting, mine too have split across the front, and the right zip slips down. they are less than 12 months old and I have hardly worn them, as I only use them for beating. £160 not worth £50. very disappointed. Uttings on the other hand. Can't fault them. Brilliant..

Went through 2 pairs in 3 months, Harkila would not even reply to e-mails on problems. First after 3 weeks left zip would not stay up. Second after 8 weeks split completely across bridge on right and starting to split on left. If you need reliable wellies that will last, I use 4 hours a day, these are no good went back to 10inch boots. Uttings great service throughout and cannot fault them they get 5 stars.
