update to my two previous reviews on this scope. Uttings sent the scope back to BSA for examination and well done Uttings I have recieved a refund. The scope is not a bad scope excepting the fault. I have since bought an MTC mamba (from uttings) and it is much a much better scope in both quality and performance

My initial review was good however after 2 months of use the side focus yardage indicator has come loose and rotates with focus wheel making it impossible to read of the yardage. The scope is not as well made as I initialy thought. The scope is still useable for me as I don't use the yardage indiactor I use a laser rangefinder but it's still anoying having this loose ring rattling around. In future i'll buy guns from gun manufacturers and scopes from scope manufacturers.

I have this scope on a .177 BSA Scorpion T10 SE multi shot & use it for longer range hunting/pest control (mainly farmyard ferral pidgeons). The turrets are quick and easy to unlock adjust and lock. The illuminated mil dot reticule is excellent in outbuildings. Looking through the scope the image is crisp & clear edge to edge. If you're looking for a side adjustable parralax scope give this one a look.
