OWNED MANY SCOPES OVER THE YEARS. ECLIPSE 4-16X50 SF SURE IS MY FAVOURITE. GREAT DESIGN AND QUALITY.

I have had a few Hawke Scopes and the Eclipse SF30 4-12x50IR is probably the best one yet. It is well finished and has a 'Solid' feel to it. The Windage and Elevation adjustment is possitive with a definate 'Click' abd the SF adjustment is easy to operate without being too tight. I find the Depth of Field is very usable for HFT, with the PX set at 25 yds a target at 45 is slightly blurred but not so you cant see the 'Kill' and at 8 yds it is clear enough to see the 'Kill' All of this is at 12x Mag. When I need another scope it will be one of these.
