I have used this rod for the last 2yrs and landed many bass to 73cm. It is great for light soft plastics being bounced down the tide and great for blasting out metals into onshore winds. It is light, well made with high quality fittings. I use a light Abu revo and also a heavier Penn slammer 360, it feels at home with both. This is a great rod and a sound investment in fun and adventure, a GOOD buy????
