The rod is fantastic. I’ve got it coupled with a shimano vanford 3000 / braid set up. Casts a dream and handled many bass around the 5-6 lb mark. Fishing in Cornwall this week and the tip section of the rod snapped while casting a 22g lure?? Now need to get a replacement sorted , understandably I’m a bit concerned about how robust these rods are?
