HIK Vision Vulkan Smart LYNX 15mm (384x288) Thermal Imager. The HIK Vision Vulkan LYNX 15mm delivers a high-quality thermal image and packs a host of features normally reserved for high-end thermal spotters. The high resolution 384 x 288  17µm  thermal sensor and HIK software delivers a detailed image to the screen. The WiFi and dedicated app allows you to take complete control of the unit's settings and features from your smartphone.

IP67 rating guarantees a robust chassis capable of repelling dust and rain, protecting you from the worst of the weather.

This is all backed up by a 3 year UK warranty.

At the heart of the Vulcan 15 is the HIK Vision 384x288px, 17µm thermal sensor. This is the first time a high resolution sensor of this quality has been offered on an entry level thermal spotter. Combine this with the HIK software that processes the image you see on screen and you have an unbeatable package that performs well above its price point.

T-VISION APP: Connect – Control – Stream
Connect your smartphone and take control of all features of the Vulcan 15. The T-Vision app allows you to stream the output in real time allowing you to share your viewpoint with a friend. You can also record images and video, optimise the colour profile, display settings and magnification all from the easy to use app.

Activate Hot Tracking and your Vulkan 15 will highlight the hottest spot detected in the current frame with a green crosshair. This is useful to highlight small heat sources as you scan around. This feature can also be deactivate in the menu or controlled in the App.

Used the Hik for my ratting permission impressed with the unit like the different thermal image settings found the rats that were hiding in the gaps in the bales and grass etc definitely shot more that night thanks to thermal as you cannot always pick up the sneaky rats with night vision.
