Shimano 3 Piece Vengeance BX Tubular Surf Rod - 4.25m. The Vengeance Surf rod is renewed and improved in blank, guides and looks. The blank is redesigned to make it more powerful and stiffer. In combination with the low rider guides, the casting distance is improved massively. The tubular (hollow) tip allows for extra casting distances.
Features
- Strongly improved blank which has much more power. The rod is much stiffer, more responsive and powerful. This results in better casting distance.
- The tip sections have reduced diameters (0.5 mm less) which makes them lighter and more sensitive for better bite registration.
- Cast Control Grip for good grip when casting.
XT Carbon
XT Carbon is used throughout the Shimano rod range. The number following the XT (XT100), denotes the quality of carbon fibre used. The higher the number, the stronger the carbon. Where different types of carbon are combined to create the required action both numbers will be shown (XT60/40).
