Snowbee Dartmoor Fleece Jacket. A stylish new jacket design featuring a high collar and inner storm flap under the front zip to keep out draughts. The two side pockets have pocket flaps reinforced with faux leather for additional style and wear protection. On the left chest is a further zipped pocket for a mobile phone or wallet.
Our new Dartmoor range has its roots firmly in the harsh, rugged landscape of Devon’s Dartmoor. Rising to over 2,000 feet above sea level, the exposed granite hilltops, known as tors, offer little protection in harsh winter weather. In these conditions you need good quality thermal clothing just to survive, let alone keep warm! That’s where our new Dartmoor range comes in.
Made with the very latest 300g double-brushed, anti-pill, double Polar fleece making it super-soft and super warm. This fabric exhibits many of wool's qualities but weighs a fraction of the lightest available woolens. It is hydrophobic, holding less than 1% of its weight in water, so retains much of its insulating quality even when wet. It is machine washable, dries quickly and makes a great alternative for those who are allergic or sensitive to wool. Polyester fleece is extremely warm because of its structure. The pile surface provides space for air pockets between the threads, and this goes for both sides of the fabric. Because it is moisture-resistant, it can keep wearers warm even under extreme weather conditions, whilst still breathable, to keep you dry when things warm up.
