Helios LightQuest 23x110 Observation Binoculars. The new high-end Helios LIGHTQUEST-HR observation binoculars combine top features in mechanical and optical design, with outstanding performance to match!
They are fully waterproof (IPX7 standard, 0.5m depth for 30 minutes) and nitrogen filled for clear fog-free operation, with individual eyepiece (IF) focusing and designed for medium-to-long-range terrestrial and astronomical observations.
The body material is constructed from magnesium alloy making the binocular extremely lightweight for an instrument of this size, whilst maintaining a very robust structure. The body is covered in stylish protective rubber armouring.
Features high-index BaK-4 prisms and a fully broadband multi-coated optical system. Caged prisms offer a very good level of shock resistance. The high-resolution optical system features high-transmission lens and prism coatings allowing a massive light throughput equal to or exceeding 90%. The lens coatings have an extremely low level of reflectivity, ensuring the maximum amount of precious light is provided at the eyepiece. Images delivered are vibrant, very flat edge-to-edge and virtually distortion free.
The advanced, innovative eyepiece design (8 elements in 5 groups) features oversized eye lens elements for comfortable viewing and provides a highly corrected image. Fold-down rubber eyecups are provided for spectacle-wearers.

Supplied with objective lens caps and eyepiece rainguard in foam-lined hard storage/carrying case.
