From when you first pick it up it just feels like a quality rod very light with a quality holdall. The power is easy to harness with overhead OTG or pendulum cast (of which Im still learning). Although rated to 225g Ive only only tried a 170g lead and bait and the rod handles it with ease. Still not given it the full beans of a cast but even so Im making 125m ( Im no expert as I say). I couldnt say whether its worth the list price as Im not good enough (yet) to get the most out of it but at the discounted price Id say its well worth the money.

Very happy with the rod I havent used it yet its very light. Maybe shimano could have done better reel seat for reel bcz it looks little bit cheap.
