Now, thanks to the Rapier Ballistic's integrated Bluetooth technology, you can not only read off the target's range from the unit's LCD display, but also have your smartphone instantly calculate your scope's point of aim adjustment in clicks, mils or minutes of angles.
Uniquely, you can even have the data relayed verbally thanks to the Rapier Ballistic's suplied in-ear headset - ideal when shooting with a 'spotting' partner who is either out of earshot or when voice communication is not practical.

Nice rangefinder bought it for the handy app feature. Havent tested it to its full range for accuracy but up to 100m it seems within the spec. Only one fault for the price of the unit I would have expected a battery to be included. Just as well I had bought a spare one cause my local shops dont carry a CR2 battery.

The main product ..... ie the Rangefinder .... is excellent as is the accompanying app/software. The quality of the earpiece is questionable since I had two failures (unable to hold a useable charge). However this was finally resolved speedily and courageously via Uttings and MTC. Now very happy.

The Rangefinder and associated app are excellent. The earpiece in my experience is rubbish. It will not hold its charge and is dead in 20 minutes. Replacement has done precisely the same. Come on MTC .... procure a better quality item!

Only Day 1 ..... but highly pleased; both with the Rangefinder itself and the delivery service from Uttings via DPD! Everything worked first time out of the box. I'd pre-empted the User Manual by viewing an excellent review on YouTube so setting up was a breeze. Can't wait to get it into action on the range. Thanks Uttings for a great buying experience straight after the Christmas mayhem ????

Best LRF available for up to 1000yds mine pinged my mile marker accurately first time i fired it upnot bad considering thats well over MTCs specs for the Rapier!The app worked perfectly with my Google OS on my phone and after a morning at the range I was totally sold on the Bluetooth earpiece giving me my hold offs and come ups in Mils (which I had selected from the great app written for it)I got mine from Uttings a well known UK supplier and would love the time to post a full review.Before purchasing the MTC Rapier Ballistic LRF I spent an afternoon testing an ATM LRF which although no more accurate had far less features was more expensive and didnt have the terrific Bluetooth Earpiece.

App is telling me 24 yards.... and on rangefinder screen is 25 yards ;) . Earpiece is working great and you can pick up phone calls as well. In 2 -3 seconds after marking target distance is shown on screen. Ballistic calculations :range+angle+drop+drift.....ok ;) mil and MOA : 0.1mil, 0.2mil clicks and 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 MOA clicks + inches and cm. Battery is supplied with product 3v CR2.

Worked fine first day then wouldn't give distance when tried on the following day. Returned for replacement.
