Solid build amazing illumination and no CO2

The Super Siege lantern is aimed at campers and boaters. It is on the expensive side. It is a robust unit and does exactly what it says on the tin . I had my lantern charged in approximately 2 hours from delivery. It sat out in the rain overnight giving great LED illumination without any problems. I like the rubber base which stops it from being easily knocked over. The ability to charge a phone or tablet when youre camping away from sockets is excellent.Having a secure waterproof space in the base of the lantern to store your USB cable etc is very useful. The red lamp and SOS features are great. All the information regarding performance supplied by the manufacturer are accurate. The only negatives are the price and it is a bit on the heavy side if youre backpacking alone. However on a group expedition this is a useful bit of kit.
