Great experience from ordering delivery returns and redelivery. I initially ordered the fuller body snowbee neoprene waders unfortunately they were much bigger than I thought they would be. I returned them via Hermes which cost around £9 and as they went over the weekend it took a little longer to get them because Hermes couldnt deliver on a Saturday. The next working day they were delivered and I received notification from Uttings that they had received the returned waders and were processing the exchange that I had requested. I received my new waders two days later and also a refund of my own postage charge which I wasnt expecting so big thumbs up from me. Just a note for anyone ordering the same and cant decide on standard or fuller body.. Im 6 1 and 18st and the fuller body were huge on me! Id definitely order from Uttings again... 10/10.
