I used this rod for the first time and was more than pleased with its performance especially as the price of the GR50 10ft 6wt. was the lowest I could find. Excellent Product.

I was fishing Derwent Reservoir on Thursday 07 2016 with my Grey GR50 10 feet for a 7 line (floating with 3 feet intermediate). The wind was at 15 MPH and I was able to cast straight into it. The line just flowed achieving 25 metres without forcing too much. I had an Enigma as well, but that rod was no match for the Greys. Now I intend to buy a Greys 10 feet for an 8 line and use it for my sinkers.
