One of the best jackets I own very versatile, very very tough and extremely comfortable. I rate it over my harkila and even though not as waterproof as my nomad I would rather wear the browning. Only get damp when I lay for periods on very wet ground. I think a hood would be a useful feature and when the rain is sideways I always wished it had one. For the money you won't find a better suit.

A well designed and made light jacket. This is not a heavily insulated jacket but one that is designed to be used over the top of layers. It Keeps the wind and rain out has lots of adjustment for the perfect fit and is very comfortable to wear. I thought it was brown but it is in fact dark green.
