Having had 2 pairs of North face walking boots with Boa fastenings before I was really keen to source some more with the Boa fitment. Endless tying and untying laces is never a problem you can literally step in these and go. Great for coming in and out of the house. If Im going any distance I can tighten them in seconds as desired. The boa system gives a uniform pull across the boot illiminating the problems You get with laces that seem to only tighten in a couple of places on a regular boot. In 12 years Ive never had a boa system fail. These boots are a little chunky around the toe and remind me of snowboard boots a little but outside in the mud and wet they perform fantastically and are everything I hoped for. Comfortable and supportive from day one. Worth every penny. Cant recommend them enough.
