For a long range target 'scope you can't go wrong really. I've owned a target 'scope of better optical quality (Swarovski Habicht PV-S 6-24x50). The Leupold has around 60min of adjustment plus windage aplenty and good, repeatable, optical quality. I own two of Leupolds and flogged the Swarovski to get the first of them since the Swarovski has a 40min limit on elevation travel that precludes using it from zero over 100 - 1000 yards without aiming off.
