Chameau are a good brand.my previous pair sprung a leak just outside of the guarantee period but to be fair they did get hammered as i wore them all year round. So im giving the brand a second chance but this time and i will treat them with the conditioning solution and see how we go.

I was very pleased to start with but after about six months the material at the back of the heel came away and I ended up walking on it which was uncomfortable. Then after just over six months after that the upper split from the sole so I took them back to the shop and they replaced them. The new ones had the same problem at the heel and they have started leaking. Unfortunately they are now out of warranty. I am currently looking for new ones from Uttings from a different maker !

Just received my boots....Sizing good...comfortable ...yes; could wear them as bedroom slippers. Great quality. Good tread pattern....I would not be the first person to have my feet go out from under me on muddy slopes. These will prevent that, so there will be no more hoots of laughter from my accomplices. Thanks to the other reviewers who have assisted my decision making. Great delivery service from Uttings again.

If you need to get new boots then just get these and have done with it. The neoprene lining really does work and the boot leg and sole is soft enough that you barely feel you have them on.

Very warm in the winter and also very comfy. They kept my feet warm and dry during all of my grouse and pheasant shoots in the most foul of all weather. The best boots ever.
