Absolutely fantastic jacket. Way better than any Barbour or Goretex jacket I have ever owned. Warm enough that you can leave one layer off when it gets really cold. Absolutely 100% waterproof. One star reduced because zip has been problematic.

Got a Ridgeline smock boots and now a jacket. All supplied by Uttings.Good honest clothing at a sensible price that outwears some of the higher priced items advertised by some of the high end suppliers and costing 3 times as much.Fit is excellent if not a tad on the generous side which is not a bad thing.

10 out of 10 !!!! Lightwaterproof and full of useful features whats not to like about it ? Not worn it in a monsoon yet but Im sure it will be up to the challenge.

In response to a couple of negative reviews, I have the Torrent and the Pintail and have owned both for over a year. Both were bought from Uttings and have performed well in some very wet conditions. No issues with breathability and sheds water like an oilskin for those old enough to remember such things.
