Fulling Mill Jackie's Palamino Duckfly. When the Duckfly are hatching they have a pronounced stage when they are pumping blood into their emerging wings. This process can often last for up to thirty seconds. During this period, they are at their most vulnerable, immobilised until their wings dry for them to fly away. Trout know this and can lock onto stage this in an instance.
