Product Details

Manufacturer code: GUI-TD210     |     Our code: 138512

Guide IR TD210 Thermal Imaging (256x192) Monocular. Offers functional thermal rendering and good tracking and observation with its 256x192 12µm <50mK NETD and high resolution 1280x960 LCOS display.

Users can also make use of the TD120 ' s on-board features, such as Picture-in-Picture mode, which produces a magnified image within the viewfinder, allowing the user to hone-in on a subject whilst maintaining perfect awareness of the wider field of view. Users can also further enhance the TD120 ' s thermal imaging performance by way of the Image Boost Mode, which uses algorithms to cleverly sharpen and further define the edges of objects allowing them to be better perceived by the viewer for improved recognition.

Features a built-in laser which appears as a targeting box in the display and works up to 200m. This allows spotters to indicate to other team members the viewed target or point of interest.

The thermal imaging monocular design is highly ergonomic with a grooved exterior with a highly grippable base and main control buttons that are raised and sit within a natural handhold position for maximum performance.

Compact & Lightweight
Small enough to fit in your pocket with ease, this feather-light thermal imaging monocular features a simplified, ambidextrous design which allows for quick and easy single-handed control, no matter if you are left or right-handed. The ergonomic design uses a grooved, highly grippable exterior, and control buttons which have been placed within a natural handhold position for maximum operational comfort and performance.

Robust Design
Though it may be compact and lightweight, the TD210 remains robust and durable in its design. Drop tested up to 1m, this thermal monocular can withstand heavy impacts, and the IP66 rating means it will operative effectively in dusty environments or harsh weather conditions such as heavy rain or snowfall.

High-Definition Thermal Image
The TD210 offers functional thermal rendering for excellent tracking and observation through the highly sensitive 256×192 12µm <50mK NETD thermal sensor, achieving a detection range of up to 400m of a 1.8x0.5m human or animal, and up to 1000m of a 2.3x2.3m vehicle. Combine this with the high resolution 1280×960 LCOS display and the TD210’s electronic focus, and you’re presented with a crystal-clear thermal image that belies its small price tag.

Digital Functionalities
The TD210 also features several digital features to aid your thermal experience even further, such as image enhancing technology, which uses sophisticated algorithms to sharpen and better define the edges of observed objects or animals, and multiple colour palettes – which enable the user to highlight their observed object easily using white hot, black hot, red hot, iron red, and blue heat modes – all of which are easily switched between using the colour palette button on the top of the device.

Three Scene Modes
Three rich scene modes are available to choose between, so you can find which viewing mode works best for you in different environments. These modes include Natural Mode for rich gradation; Enhance Mode for enhanced brightness, highlighting high temperature targets; and Highlight Mode for identification of areas with highest and lowest temperatures.

Built-In Laser
A built-in laser, presented as a targeting box within the TD210’s viewfinder, has been included so you can indicate objects of interest to fellow team members without making noise and thus scaring away observed targets.

Exceptional Battery Life
Boasting substantial battery life, the Guide TD210 uses a replaceable & rechargeable 18650 Li-ion battery to provide up to 8 hours of battery life on a single charge (depending on temperature), and the impressive two-second start up time will conserve battery whilst simultaneously allowing you to quickly and easily view your observation area without waiting for the device to power up.

Wi-Fi & TrackIR App Connectivity
The TD210 features a built-in Wi-Fi module which makes connecting the TD210 to the Guide TargetIR app possible. The app opens up the ability to use your smartphone or tablet as a second screen, remotely control the thermal monocular’s digital functions, observe a live-view on your phone or tablet, capture still images or video remotely, and even share those photos or videos with friends!
