Quality feel and no puffedup quilted effect so it fits underneath outer garments easily. Smart Thinsulate lining and four pockets (one inside). The power button also switches the vest off without unplugging the power pack unlike some others. The high neck completes the insulation. You wont stand it on the high setting for prolonged periods unless youre at one of the Poles.
