Works exactly as required and expected. With a bit of moisture they fit in my ears far better than the foam ones ever did and I use them every week with 12g shotgun to shoot 100 to 150 clays and use them with unmoderated .357 magnum with great protection and I can hear conversations still.

Not particularly comfortable or easy to fit, and provided significantly worse protection than the cheap disposable foam ear plugs I bought off Amazon. With those, small bore rifle fire is dulled, bearable sound but with these earplugs it was a very loud sharp bang.
