I cant justify paying £1000 for a top brand scope. Read a very favourable review online in Rifle Shooter magazine and decided to buy this in preference to a Nikko Stirling mainly because its a nice uncomplicated reticule with IR (for dark background) decent magnification range without being silly high and a large objective lens for good light gathering. Build quality and lens quality are extremely good. Think I made a good decision this scope is for my CZ527 .22 Hornet and replaces a Nikon which after 10 years of careful usage kept losing zero. This scope also has a lifetime guarantee !
