Uttings
The rod itself is fantastic however the after sales service from G Loomis (Shimano UK) is appalling! Purchase this rod in the US and it would come with a lifetime warranty & spare sections available. If you buy this rod in the UK there is only a 2 year warranty and after that they will not supply spare sections! I’ll be sticking to those companies that look after their customers and know what customer service is. This is by no means a reflection on Uttings.
