This rod is perfect for beginners, who do not want to spend a lot of money on a rod. With the matching line, it cast very well. My only criticism is the quality of the line. It feels rough in the fingers,but for £100 all in it’s good value.

Excellent all in one kit quality rod was very impressed with the quality of the silent lightweight reel fly line seems a decent one in a nice subdued colour including a tapered leader and a partitioned bag superb kit delivered well under £100! what more could you ask for!
