When it arrive there was a small spring and a piece of plastic in the bag contacted Uttingss and a new one arrived next day. I dont think the items had come from the stick but Uttings were taking no chances and replaced it immediatelyexcellent customer service.Perfect cartridge stick for clay shooting really strong magnet.
