WARNING:
When firing the quick cleaning pellet, you should always make sure it is safe to do so, as at close range even a felt pellet can cause harm.
When the gun is fired, the pressure and the acceleration of the felt pellet causes it to shrink in length and expand in diameter to the desired high friction, allowing the felt pellet to press itself into the rifling and follow the twist. This ensures that every part of the barrel is reliably cleaned.
Ideal to carry with you for the last shot of the day, to quickly and easily clear the barrel.
In order to prevent fibres remaining in the barrel, it is recommend that you insert a pointed lead pellet behind the felt plug and shoot the two together.

For an interim clean these pellets are fine. However after use (4 cleaning pellets) I was still able to remove considerable fouling using conventional means.

Convenient product from use in the field or range.What can I say they do exactly what is advertised on the box.Only small complaint is once used they are difficult to retrieve to inspect what was cleaned from the barrel.That said when accuracy begins to fall off shoot 2 or 3 through and hey presto all excuses for targets missed is down to me.

I had a look at some pull through cleaning kits but after seeing the sheer cost of one I decided there must be another option. After looking around a while I came across these, and for a fiver I had nothing to loose. I shot one lightly oiled one followed by two dry ones. They worked perfectly, they restored my accuracy and no further cleaning was required. I would definitely recommend these cleaning pellets to anyone who wants to keep their air rifle clean but find pull through's a bit steep.
