Two-person tents with separate entrances

Two side doors let each camper enter and leave without climbing past a companion. The Wild Country Helm Compact 2 combines this layout with two porches and a free-standing structure. The Helm Elite 2 retains the same stated dimensions while reducing maximum weight by 350 g.

The Terra Nova Laser Lite 2 also has dual side entrances, with a maximum weight of 1.24 kg and a packed size of 30 × 14 cm. Solar Horizon 2 and Solar Event 2 models offer another arrangement, combining two side doors and porch storage with inner-first pitching.

Compare porch space and pitching features

The Wild Country Hoolie Compact 2 provides a long sleeping area and a 90 cm porch for equipment. For an adaptable setup, Halny Elite 2 and Norte Compact 2 tents have zipped flysheet sections that can form awnings supported by trekking poles.

Find enough room for both campers

Check inner dimensions against two sleeping mats, and consider sitting height, door positions and storage for both occupants’ equipment. A capacity label alone does not describe the available space: the Laser Lite AS, for example, is intended for solo use or a snug two-person arrangement.
