Rix LPR L6R Thermal (640x512) Riflescope with LRF

The RIX Optics LPR L6R Thermal Imaging Riflescope combines sensitive thermal imaging with continuous optical zoom and an integrated laser rangefinder. Its magnesium alloy housing brings together ClarityX image processing, a high-resolution AMOLED display and RIX+ smartphone connectivity for detailed observation and adjustable operation in demanding outdoor conditions.

Detailed thermal images with continuous optical zoom

The thermal sensor detects subtle temperature differences, helping reveal detail in challenging conditions. ClarityX image processing uses enhanced RET technology to improve image definition and maintain clarity at higher magnification.

Continuous optical zoom provides smooth magnification adjustment, with additional digital zoom available through controls near the eyepiece. Picture-in-picture presents a magnified central view while retaining the surrounding image. Multiple colour palettes and adjustable brightness, contrast, sharpness and Weather Mode let you tailor the display to the conditions.

Integrated rangefinding and ballistic calculation

The laser rangefinder offers single and continuous ranging, with mechanical adjustment of the ranging point. Built-in ballistic calculation is supported by sensors that monitor temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure. This calculation function is disabled by default on a new device.

Recording and personalised controls

• Manual video recording and Recoil Activated Video capture footage, with automatic recording triggered by recoil.
• Recoil to Zoom switches to a preset magnification following recoil.
• Nine reticle designs and multiple reticle colour options provide a choice of aiming displays; reticle 9 can be customised through the RIX+ app.
• Five stored zeroing profiles allow separate settings to be retained, with profile names customisable in the app.
• Wi-Fi connectivity links the scope to the RIX+ app on Android or iOS for live image viewing, settings management, supported button and knob customisation, and firmware updates.

Recorded files can be accessed through the app or by connecting the powered-on scope to a computer using USB-C.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use a different mount?

Yes. The standard 30mm tube supports compatible third-party mounting systems. RIX recommends a mount height of at least 1.58 inches; check the mounting arrangement and installation instructions before fitting.

Can I charge the battery inside the scope?

Yes, in-device charging is supported, although RIX recommends the supplied external charger for routine charging. A compatible 5V/2A power bank can also provide external power through USB-C.
