The Van Staal VSX2 Bailed Spinning Reel combines a fully sealed, one-piece body and stem with a titanium main shaft and stainless steel spiral-bevel gearing. This size 50 model features a left-hand retrieve, 5.9:1 gear ratio and 25lb maximum drag.
The unibody design increases strength and sealing, while a longer handle and Powergrip handle and drag knobs provide increased cranking power and drag pressure. An oversized clutch positioned on the pinion side delivers immediate hook sets.
