Zan Projectiles .22 - 28gr - 218 HP Slugs x 200. The slugs in this weight range are suited more too a medium – higher power rifles where the user really wants to start reaching out there! Starting to benefit from really good ballistics, this weight category makes for a great choice for long range target shooters and hunters. Ideally suited to medium – long range shooting, these slugs have been designed to have a slightly less explosive expansion upon impact but to have a slightly slower and controlled expansion upon impact, best suited to smaller and medium sized quarry. This provides a slight deeper penetration with a slight slower controlled expansion, essentially maximising both penetration and expansion at the same time.

These projectiles have been manufactured and tested to perform between 800 fps – 1050fps and with a ballistic coefficient of between 0.102 – 0.128 (Subject to chosen slug, velocity and environmental conditions) they make for a great long range hunting and target projectile.
