Harkila CLIM8 Insulated Waistcoat. The Härkila clim8 insulated waistcoat is an intelligent self-regulating garment that can be controlled directly on the waistcoat itself by tapping the clim8® logo or fine-tuned by using the clim8® app. The waistcoat has down insulation, a wind-resistant lining, and a heat-reflecting liner that directs the heat back toward the body. The clim8® waistcoat is powered by a power bank through a USB connector. A power bank is not included with the waistcoat.

Great item as described. Lovely fit feels like great quality and Im looking forward to using the heating system this winter. I am about a 44 inch chest and the XL fit really well with a bit of room for a jumper or flannel shirt. Nb its a regular fit so a little roomy round the stomach.
