The Waterworks Lamson Litespeed Marine Fly Reel uses a hybrid drag system with a fixed spindle, heat-wicking conical surfaces and a click-stop drag knob. Its open frame and spool structure emphasises stiffness and stability.
Close-tolerance composite bearings and a size-optimised linear spring system provide predictable drag adjustment. The drag system carries an IPX8 waterproof rating to 100ft.
