Does help with steadying your shot although doesnt work well with my glasses on and the eye iOS on the lowest position a bit plasticky for £100 pounds

Didnt know if I would need this on the binoculars but since buying and trying I think its well worth it it gives you another contact point on your forehead which keeps the binoculars steady
