Despite trying other brands I always go back to Aigle. Excellent quality and very comfortable. Youll definitely find cheaper brands but you wont buy better quality.

They seem great for a few months then one foot is a bit damp. It's winter, I don’t sweat in one foot & there’s a small crack in the outer rubber, just above the foot welt. A wet welly is an unpleasant feeling. Aigle get 5 star reviews, so I must be the unluckiest man in the world to have 3 pairs leak within or just outside warranty. Funnily enough my late fathers’ wellington's were 30 years old and still useable; so15 less landfills without fast fashion and built in obsolescence.

A superior quality product. Very well madecomfortable and good looking. At this time of yearabsolutely indispensable. I am outside for at least three hours a day every day. The only warnings I would give are on size I am a six and a half and boughtthis time a seven and a half or 41 using their size chart. This was the right thing to do. My previous pair were my size and while they did fit eventually they perished around the flexion points at the ball of the foot. These boots are roomier easier to get on and off and I believe will last years longer than the previous pair because of this. Also if you have bigger than average calves go for the model with adjustable sides. Unless you have skinny calves you wont be able to get jeans inside. They are perfect for jodhpurs and leggings though. I havent slipped in the mud once since using this make of welly the grip is great and the soles thick and comfortable but not heavy. Have just bought my 3rd pair of these boots although have had another two pairs that were provide under the two year warranty when they split where your foot flexes. To be fair they get a great deal of use mainly dog walking and are very comfortable. Have tried cheaper brand names and get the same problem splitting after just a few weeks so the quality of these boots is much much higher the best I have found to date.Because I wear them largely through the winter months they tend to last somewhere in the region of 18 to 21 months before a split appears but as they get replaced under warranty get about 3 years plus for the price of one pair which is not bad at all. Dont be put off these are a great pairs of boots or would not have bought another pair.

I worked (via Fitbit) out that the last pair of these I bought lasted over 4000 miles. So I didnt hesitate to order another pair when they gave up the ghost after two and a half years. I live in these boots (between 3 and 6 hours a day depending on the season). They are so comfortable and put other wellies in the shade

These were the third pair of Aigle Parcours wellingtons my wife has bought. I dont think they last quite as long as they should but she wears them twice a day for at least an hour each time while she attends to her animals in all weathers and says they are the most comfortable boots she has ever had so wont look at anything else. She has tried quite a few and one particular make (rymes with Bunter) only lasted 5 minutes since they were bought by the Chinese and turned in to a fashion item.

Very comfortable fit although I think they are on the large size. I bought size 5.5 which is normally good for me but have been wearing two pairs of socks which is fine for Winter but in Summer they may feel too big.
