Holes slightly out of line so took a while to get screws in with handle on cylinder. When fitted it is tight enough and makes lifting cylinder easy

Ive wanted one of these for some time but always seems to go to the bottom of the list my adjustable canvas handle on my cylinder keeps slipping which is very annoying problem solved with this baby it makes handling my cylinder for refills so much easier
