According to UK law you must be at least 18 years old to purchase any firearm, including air weapons and sound moderators. The sale of air weapons and sound moderators is restricted by the 2006 VCR Act to 'face-to-face' sales that must be conducted by a Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) like Uttings.
Uttings is a Registered Firearms Dealer. We are therefore able, in accordance to UK law, to sell air weapons to persons aged 18 or over in a 'face-to-face' transaction. This means that if you purchase an air weapon, sound moderator or other restricted product from us, you must collect it in person from our Norwich collection point.
When ordering a restricted item, please be aware that the person that purchases the item must be the person that collects the item from us. You will be required to provide photo ID before any goods are released. We are required by law to keep a record of the serial number of the weapon and the full details of the customer that we supply to.
