Autumn camouflage finish compression formed fibreglass 175lb limb and camo finish sculptured aluminium chassis make this a discreet powerhouse. Fixed position foot stirrup to assist the draw. Capable of delivering up to 245 fps from the 4 x 16 inch heavy duty alloy bolts supplied with the bow. Power stroke is 12 inches. Bow length is 35.25 inches, weight is 76 ounces (2.2 kg). Bow features fully adjustable open sights as well as a click adjustable 22mm Weaver (Picatinny) rail for use with a red dot or pistol scope. The Jaguar has an automatic safety catch and spring loaded bolt retainer. Kit includes assembly instructions and Allen key.
What is a Recurve bow?
A recurve bow has tips that curve away from the archer when the bow is strung. By definition, the difference between recurve and other bows is that the string touches a section of the limb when the bow is strung. A recurve bow stores more energy and delivers energy more efficiently than an equivalent straight-limbed bow, giving a greater amount of energy and hence speed, to the arrow.
